I usually eat Japanese foods, so when it comes to other foods I need some help on nutrition. =]
I'm not trying to lose weight, just maintain. I'm 16, 5ft6in and 108 pounds.
For dinner:
Green tea (unsweetened)/water with lemon
and
Greek salad (all fresh): spinach, feta cheese, olive oil as dressing, onions, tomatos, salmon, anchovies, nuts, olives, radishes, and about a million other veggies. haha.Was this a healthy dinner???

My gosh. You just ate a very healthy meal.
Spinach is VERY healthy for you, so is the cheese, and the millions of veggies you threw in. The olive oil is a bit of a stretch, but it's the best 'oil' for you and soooo tasty on salads (and other things, haha).

Also, the tea has many antioxidants in it, and drinking tea lengthens your life considerably.

and btw, your body needs fat. people who go fat free get digestive problems; going without or very low carbs one can become weak %26amp; also suffer depression.Was this a healthy dinner???
Almost but it isn't vegetarian cause you mention salmon and anchovies those aren't plants they are meat which is animal! (you did post in the vegetarian vegan section)
Sounds great! Just watch the amount of cheese, oil,nuts and olives because they have a lot of fat.
