Will eating grilled chicken while on a diet prevent you from losing weight?

My diet consist of juicing fresh veggies and fruits. Salads without cheese or dressing. snacking on apples and grapes, yogourt ( plain greek fat free) and eating a bowl or two of special k with 1% milk. Then I eat anywhere from 2 - 3 plain grilled chicken breast. Will having that much chicken prevent me from losing weight? Will eating grilled chicken while on a diet prevent you from losing weight?
No you can eat anything you want and as long as you are in a caloric deficit you will loose weight. Chicken is one of the healthiest meats on planet earth and is a staple of any bodybuilders diet because it's an excellent source for optimum protein.

myfitnesspal.com is a great site I use to track calories and they even have an iphone app for on the go. If you want to cut weight then start with a 500 calorie deficit each day. Just make sure you aren't already at the right weight for your height. If you are then you will want to eat maintenance and do strength training to look better. Fit people are the ones that look good not skinny people. Strive to be fit and you will live years longer than if you aren't.
Nope! Grilled chicken is actually very low in fat. Good luck and remember to exercise, and don't get too obsessive. Everyone needs some chocolate now and then ;)Will eating grilled chicken while on a diet prevent you from losing weight?
I highly doubt having grilled chicken breast will prevent you from losing weight as long as it's low in fat. Just stay away from battered chicken :).
you can just fast, that is much easier
No, grilled chicken is good when on a diet.
