Im 15, 5"6 and weigh 114 pounds im not on a diet, i just want to keep a constant weight because i just lost 20 pounds :)

breakfast: porridge with banana and raisins, half a teaspoon of honey.

lunch: made my own salad which contains spinach, tuna, tomatoes, hard boiled egg, cucumber, mushrooms NO dressing

although i had a little bit of greek yogurt (2 teapsoons?)

snack: 13 grapes

dinner: rice, chicken breast and sweetcorn.

i also had like 2Litres of water

for dessert my mum bought cheesecake.. im tempted to have some but i dont know if i should :SDid I eat OKAY today? was it fairly healthy?
you ate really good=) if you really want it have a piece of cheesecake VERY SMALL =D cheesecake is rich anyway
Wow sound's amazing!

You're lacking in calcium tho! Try adding 250mL of milk at breakfast, and some lowfat yoghurt/ cottage cheese with your snack and/ or at lunch or even 2oz ~ 1/4 cup shredded cheese in you're salad.

- Try skinless chicken breast 4-5oz, and brown- long grain rice.

- Try white canned albacore tuna

Definatly go for the cheesecake, you deserved it!

Goodluck, hope i'v helped!Did I eat OKAY today? was it fairly healthy?
very good but def eat the cheesecake. ur skinny as hell and although u dont want to gan you also cant afford to lose any and u would lose on that without the cheese cake. have a normal sized slice. u dont want to have a **** relationship with food... trust me x
That was really healthy! Good jobb :D

I wouldn't wat the cheesecake though.. Even if it is a little bit, you'll probably be tempted to eat more. Maybe have some sugar-free gum, and go do something to keep your mind off the cheesecake! Haha
yeah thats good. If you MUST have cheesecake... just have a sliver that can be eaten in 3-4 bites and eat it slowly.

In a piece of cheesecake from a restaurant, theres about 50g of fat so keep that in mind.
eat some cheesecake. you didnt eat enough today!! that would really help you!!
it was health till u eat the cheesecake
