The morocan Tagine is quite obviously the lowest in fat and cals - just have to see the ingredients to know that.
you do know you can ask them at the restraunt, it's against the law not to provide you with that info i'm pretty sure
I would stay away from anything with cheese, and dressing, seeing as you don't know how much fat is going to be in it. Eat whole grain noodles and bread if they offer it, and see if you can have cabbage in any of the meals.
Though you're looking for healthy low calorie, I suggest you not to get anything you would usually eat at home like pizza or the lasagna.

I don't know what's low cal or necessarily healthy on this menu but for the main dish I would say the Caribbean Black Pea Coconut Rundown for the main dish and the Mediterranean Platter for the light dish.

Those are the 2 that stand out most to me and both sound delicious!
Personally i would go with the Wild Mushroom %26amp; Cherry Tomato Risotto.

They all sound pretty yummy though!!
Unfortunately none of them are really that healthy, but I would suggest the warm vegetable salad is probably one of the healthiest followed by the Mediterranean platter.

My suggestion to you would be to have a good time and eat what you want. Healthy eating 24/7 can be a nightmare to stick to so treat yourself every once in a while - your body will thankyou for it. When you eat a consistently calorie restricted, healthy diet - the leptin levels in your blood (the stuff that helps burn up fat) drop. If you have the occasional high fat/carb meal then it will spike your metabolism and return leptin levels to normal. Most bodybuilders will eat strictly for 6.5 days and then treat themselves to a nice meal on the final evening.

One meal won't damage your waistline, enjoy it and continue to eat healthily tomorrow morning!

Enjoy!
