Need help with diet plan?

Ive been dieting for about 4 months now and have lost 40 pounds ( Im an 18 year old male ,5.9" and weigh 340 pounds currently). Ive seem to drift away from my diet mode and need some help figuring out how to get back on track. I suppose because im bored of the foods i currently eat. Heres what my typical day of dieting(although its not so much a diet as its just me eating better).



breakfast

mixed berry smoothie (mixed frozen berries with no sugar added, 1 Tbsp of greek yogurt and 1 Tbsp of apple juice concentrate to add sweetness and 1 cup of milk) and 1 whole wheat english muffin



Lunch

1 cup of skim milk

1 cup of grapes

A salad with a tbsp of low fat blue cheese dressing (if i feel like having a salad)

1 half of a chicken breast on a whole wheat sandwich thin (sometimes i add a tsp of bbq sauce or hot sauce to this)



Dinner

1 1/2 cups of Chili (homemade using the leanest ground beef).

salad

green beans



Snack(most of the time i dont even eat one)

Sugar free pudding made with skim milk. topped with whipped cream



So i dont even know if this diet is even good( But i was losing weight while eating this way, usually 2-5 pounds a week and then some times i would just skip eating this way for a week or two). It just seems that i get bored with eating the same things over again so if you can either suggest some diet plans that are better or help me adjust my plan that would be great. thanksNeed help with diet plan?
That sounds like a boring diet!! (no offence) You should figure out what the calories from each meal are, and then look up recipies that have similar calories for each meal. Then you might have more variety in your meals. Good luck :)
