I am a 147 lb 5'7.5'' 24 year old male....if I do this diet (I know not the healthiest), how fast will I lose weight (like per week):
Breakfast: 1 cup egg whites w/ 1 cup raw mushrooms and 1 tbsp. feta cheese
Lunch: 1 cup bluberries (or one piece of fruit) AND a Greek yogurt (80-100 calories)
Dinner: large salad (lettuce, small cut up sweet potato, mushrooms, peppers, onion, tomato, etc.) with grilled chicken breast. Dressing would be 70 calories (measured)
Exercise: 8 miles outdoor jogging DAILY

as long as you keep that exercise daily you WILL lose weight dramatically.. you need to just exceedingly burn the calories you digest.Would I lose weight quickly like this?
dang, for sure you will! You would probably loose around 5-6 pounds the first week, after that you'll probably start loosing up too 10 lbs a week! Be sure too drink lots of water tooo :) good luck.
