Snack- 1/2 of Apple
Lunch
-Salad with veggies and fat free italian dressing (10 cal)
-carrot and celery sticks with Salsa
Dinner
-Small grilled chicken breast with salsa, tomato and lettuce
-one pickle spear
-side salad with cucumber and tomato on top, 1 tbsp of raspberry vinegarette
I eat really healthy and dont usually eat this much...Is this a good amount of food?
Its good but you might want a snack in between lunch and dinner. Something like a 1/4 Cup of non salted Almonds will give you protein and add healthy fats into your diet that your body needs.
