How much can I lose in exactly 6 weeks this way?

Ok so I am a 5'7.5'' 159/160 lbs. 23 year old male. Basically I have, and will continue to eat the following way for exactly six weeks. How much can/will I lose this way?

3 pieces of fruit (apple, pear, peach, 1 cup blueberries, etc.)

1 0% fat Greek yogurt (100 calories)

1 large salad for dinner that I make at home (1-2 grilled chicken breasts, lettuce, raw vegetables, and approx. 100 calories of low-fat dressing)

Exercise: 8 miles outdoor walking/jogging combination DAILYHow much can I lose in exactly 6 weeks this way?
You can expect to lose around 2 pounds a week (maybe a bit more) if you choose to go that route. Just keep in mind that ingesting such a low calorie amount will probably have you losing equal parts of muscle and fat. A rough estimate for how much you should be eating to lose weight is (160*18) - 500 = 2380 calories. The 160*18 is your maintenance calories to keep you current weight. To lose weight, you subtract 500 from it. Doing this will also yield 1-2 pounds of weight loss and will be the kind of weight you want to lose. Hope this helps, and best of luck to you!
