I know I am very much so overweight, but do you think I can lose 50 lbs?
I have been to the gym. This is my routine:
* 30 mins elliptical
* 30 mins treadmill (jogging) 3 mph
* 10 mins stairmaster
* 10 mins bicycle
* 50 jumping Jacks
* 25 sit ups
* 25 weight lifts each arm,equals 50
* 15 ab crunches
* 15 back leg lifts
* 15 front leg lifts
* 15 arm pulls (up, down)
* 15 arm pulls (in, out)
* 20 chest pulls
* 15 thigh pulls
* 50 jump ropes
* 1 min stretching
As for food to eat:
*BREAKFAST
Kellogs corn flake cereal with fat free milk/ 2 egg whites scrambled with 2-3 slices of wheat bread/ a green apple/ a grapefruit/ fiber flakes cereal with fat free milk/ oatmeal.
*LUNCH
Green romaine salad with fat free thousand island dressing,(maybe) with some skinless chicken breast (this is my favorite and the dressing packets only have 15 cal each)/ turkey or ham sandwich with maybe a little lettuce, black pepper, american cheese (1 slice), mustard(honey)
*DINNER
Brown rice with chicken breast cutlet and broccoli/ whole wheat pasta with Francesco Rinaldi sweet and tasty pasta sauce/ salad with broccoli and chicken cutlets with two packets of 15 cal dressing/ brown rice with pepper stew and 2-3 pieces of oxtails/beef/chicken/ Brown rice with 6 pieces of shrimp with pepper sauce or curry sauce or lemon juice.
*SNACKS
Chobani greek yogurt (low fat plain)/ green apple/ grapefruit/ pear/ banana/ green grapes/ like 5-7 small pretzel pieces
*DRINKS
Water, maybe lipton tea with honey, a soda can one time every week/ a cup of fruit/orange/apple juice one time every week, but water mainly (3-4 bottles)
*Maybe fast food once a month, like Wendy's,McDonald's, BK, Chinese food etc.
Then after school I go to the gym and do my workout, I plan on working out 4-5 days a week, with 2-3 days resting my body.
Is this a good workout? Is it a good diet? Can I lose my desired 50 lbs doing what I am doing? How much will it take?

Pretty good workout. But you should try to make your way up to 30 minutes in the stairmaster, I know it's hard, but you can do it :) Also, once you start "getting used" to the treadmill start doing some intervals, they are amazing! For example:
3 minute walk at 11.0 incline and 3.0 speed
3 minute flat jog at at 5.6 speed
1 minute jog at 5.1 speed and 5.0 incline
1 minute flat walk
Repeat 5 times, then go for a 10 minute cool down.
Also try varying your workout routine.
As for your food;
Trying drinking more water. Around 1 gallon maybe? I also would cut out at least 1 or 2 slices of bread (depending on how many calories one slice has)
Other then that it looks pretty good. Especially since you allow yourself to "cheat" once a week, just dont let it go overboard. I am sure you will lose 50lbs in no time! I wish you the best of luck :)

Okay lose the Burger King food and McDonald's food. McDonald's holds an ingredient called Potassium Bro-might which causes cancer. And Burger King sells expired food. But Wendy's, I don't see anything bad on it. My conscience is 100 % sure it is fine for you but don't get filled up on fast food though and chinese food sounds good. Sounds like a pretty good diet and just eat Greek Yogurt every day with this diet a week and youl'l lose 5 pounds every 2 weeks.
