Is this a crash diet or healthy eating?

Hi I'm a 5'7'' 159 lbs male...I want to lose 15 lbs....if I follow the following diet plan, will I lose 15 lbs within the span of two months? Is this considered a crash diet or healthy diet?

breakfast: 1 cup egg white, steamed broccoli, 1 tbsp feta cheese, 5 mushrooms raw (in one omelette)

lunch: 1 Greek yogurt (100 cals) and 1 piece/serving fruit (apple, pear, 1 cup blueberries, peach, etc.)

dinner: salad with protein (like chicken) and measured low fat salad dressing

exercise: 8 miles outdoor joggingIs this a crash diet or healthy eating?
breakfast and dinner seem fine. lunch seems a bit scarce, especially for the exercise you ill be doing. Either add something to your lunch or add another small meal similar to your lunch. otherwise I think you wll get pretty hungry in between lunch and dinner.
well yes this a a good diet, to maintain weight nad its not a crash diet, but eating 4-6 meals a day is better for losing weight. it will help keep your metabolism going all day long, where as 3 meals a day is spread apart to far and your body going into this state of panic when you dont feed it for 4 hours and it will hold all the nutrients it can, which turns to stored fat.

hope this helps, good luck and just ask if ya want a deeper explaination. Is this a crash diet or healthy eating?
That's not nearly enough calories. You will easily lose 15 in two months if you ate three times that amount. 8 miles a day every day is too much to just start doing too. Have a couple of whole eggs for breakfast. Add more protein and wholegrain carbs at lunch and have the yoghurt and fruit as snacks. Dinner is fine. Aim for about 1500 calories a day and run a few miles five days and you'll lose the 15 pounds healthily in two months.
That seems like a good balanced healthy meal. If you can stick to it then the pounds will fall off!
I'm gonna side with crash diet. You'll lose weight, that's for sure. Number one, you're gonna need a little variety, you'll probably be tired of this diet after a week. The breakfast is alright. You could vary it up by having oat bran (I like mine with apple pieces and a bit of brown sugar and sugar) or a high fiber/low sugar cereal. You'll need more for lunch. Maybe a soup or light sandwich/wrap (don't go overboard with the wrap) in addition to what is there. Dinner is alright. You don't want to put too much crap into your salads like restaurants are starting to do, but don't make it too skimpy. A piece of whole wheat or whole grain bread (I can't remember the better one) or a little rice would be okay in my opinion if you wanted.
As for some foods I suggest you incorporate: nuts (almonds, pistachios, walnuts, peanuts are my favorites), hot/spicy sauces or seasonings, and a glass of milk per day

EDIT
About the 8 miles of jogging per day; I don't know what running experience you have, if any. I do and trust me, you can't just start running 8 miles a day while dropping your calorie intake to about what you'll use on the run alone. Ease into the running, 2-3 miles a day AT MOST for a week or two while alternating easy and hard days. Then move it up to 3-5 for the next 2 weeks if you're feeling good. Hopefully you're understanding it, you're gonna have to build up. With what you want to do you'll put in 56 miles per week on your first week with I understand to be no running base and eating very little. You'll feel tired as **** and have a fair shot a being injured, pretty much throwing your exercise hopes out the door for a little while.
I just ran a pretty fast 9 miler today. I try to eat healthy, and am fairly successful, have a six pack, can do plenty of chinups/pullups - I honestly didn't wanna make this sound cocky but I'm in good shape. My point is that I couldn't imagine eating only that for two months, and I'm not even averaging 8 miles per day yet (getting up to it, though).

Please rethink this plan - Good luck and be smart
