I have 1 month to reach my goal (need to lose at least 10-15lbs). I've been eating healthy and exercising but lately I've stopped losing. I do 1 hr of cardio 4 times a week and 2 days of weights. My meals look like this
Breakfast: plain oatmeal with milk fat free
Snack : Greek yogurt
Lunch: mixed nuts and dried fruit (14 grams fat)
Snack: carrots or protein shake
Dinner: chicken breast on mixed salad (no dressing) or, turkey patty with broccoli
Please help! I need to lose this...going on vacationIm not losing weight anymore, help?
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs and light yogurt
Snack: Oatmeal and almonds
Pre-workout snack: Banana
Post- workout snack: 100 calorie snack
Lunch: Turkey Sandwich
Diner: Chicken %26amp; veggies
Snack: Iow calorie ice cream (100-140 calories)
I do about 45 minutes of aerobic exercise for about 45 minutes, maybe burns about 300 calories.Im not losing weight anymore, help?
"Healthy Solutions" in your area may help. High protein diet. Dr. supervised. You eat mostly low fat meat. They have aides and monitor your health while you lose. Cut out all dairy and the nuts for the time being. No fruit for two weeks. Only what you had for dinner on your menu would be included in the diet and the protein shake. Google it to see if you have it available in your area. B12 shots are included. If you don't eat enough calories of protein, your body thinks it is starving, and begins to store fat. That's what happens when you stop losing. Also, when muscle is built it weighs more than fat, so, monitor yourself by inches lost instead of weight. I am on a 500 to 1000 calorie diet. I have lost 20 lbs this month. You have to drink lots of water. NO sugar. SUGAR IS YOUR ENEMY. No bread. No potatoes. No cereals of any kind. Basically no starches. Good luck with your goal.
