I am a 5'7'' male who weighs in the high 150's (like 157ish)...I am 23 years old....
basically I am going to follow this plan everyday relentlessly until September 1st (or possibly beyond)....so two months....what will happen? Is this a crash diet? How much would I lose?
Breakfast: 1 cup egg whites with mushrooms, 1tbsp. feta cheese, mushrooms, spinach, 1 tbsp. coffee creamer
Snack 1: 1 cup blueberries
Lunch: Greek yogurt
Snack 2: 10 strawberries
Snack 3: peach
Dinner: Salad with 2 grilled chicken breasts (light on the salad dressing)
*Exercise: 8 miles outdoorsWhat will happen if I do this for two months?

This does not look like a balanced diet you can stick with. It's not bad but it is a little low in protein. Maybe add some kind of fish with fins not shrimp etc., more fresh veggies, bananas for potassium and at least 8 glasses of water a day. Oh beans are a good source of protein if you can't get soy protein.
