What else can I add in to make it not so boring ??? I need to lose 6.5 kilos in 1 month. I am training 2 1/2 hours 5days a week and havent lost anything in 3 weeks. So need to change my diet (it wasnt good before) !!! Thanks in advance. Is this a low carb diet? HELP PLEASE?
Don't eat so much tuna, you really should only have it once a week because it is very high in mercury, you could swap it out for salmon. That said, try incorporating more veggies, make sure they are colorful. Color equals nutrients. Blueberries are a great source of antioxidants which is key to weight loss. Try to eat more veggies and less fruit. Also, try brown rice and veggies, with a hint of your favorite chinese sauce, it's great and it def helps you lose weight. Best of luck!
Yeah its good!Is this a low carb diet? HELP PLEASE?
No no no.. this is not low carb at all.... all that fruit, the yogurt.. This is a VERY HIGH carbohydrate diet. I'm not saying it is unhealthy, thought it will probably make you have diarrhea... but it is very high in carbs.
PS - To help you, I lost 120 lbs in low carb dieting. Focus on vegetables, not fruit. 85% of what you eat should be veggies. After that, you want lean proteins and healthy fats, namely fish oil, olive oil, rice bran oil, etc. Fruits, grains and breads, and beans are high in carbs and to be avoided except in small quantities if you are going low carb.
sounds pretty good but you should look up brad pitts diet i used it and i have lost five pounds quick.
This is waaaaayyyy NOT low carb.
If you are going to diet, you need to learn the basics of nutrition, starting with what foods contain protiens, carbs %26amp; fat.
This information is readily available with general internet searches as well as on most food packaging. Start reading labels.
Skip the cro没tons; that's gluten, which prevents your body from absorbing nutrients. Don't pay too much attention to the scales; you could be gaining muscle, which is heavier than fat.
Nope. If you want a low carb diet, you better cut out those bananas! Plus fruit is full of sugar....good sugar, but sugar non the less.
i would recomment a protein diet.
Brekkie - scrambeled egg, or bacon and egg. Could use sausage if you want?
Snack - salami and cheese (any meat really)
Lunch - chicken and salad.
Snack - diet jelly
Dinner - Steak and vegies or salad.
Avoid fruits for the 1st 2 wks then just a small amount after that. Avoid potatoes, pumpkin, carrots and breads. So basically, eat lots of meat! Sounds gross, but it's not too bad and definately helps you lose weight fast!
you really don't have any carbs in your diet at all or a dinner. You should eat 3 well balanced meals a day. you seem to have all the food groups in their except grains and meat. the meat may not be as important but the grains have carbs that will help you have more energy during your workout. just keep working hard and keeping on your food plan and things should go well for you.
i don't know sounds good though
It looks pretty low carb to me, but judging from the protein shake factor in the diet, I am guessing that you aren't drinking enough plain water. In my experience a person needs to drink 6 to 8 glasses(6 to 8 ounces per serving) of water a day. This is proportionate to your body weight. I weigh around 245 pounds so I have to drink around 5 quarts of water per day. This is an easy task for me though because It makes me feel good to stay so well hydrated.
I'm also guessing that you are a female, if you aren't please don't get offended with me. Females lose weight more slowly than males because of a basic difference in our metabolisms and several other reasons specific to females.
I think that you might want to substitute some canned chicken for tuna and I really think you should be eating a whole grain cereal with plenty of dietary fiber for breakfast and get away from that morning protein shake.
Also please note that there are good carbohydrates and bad carbohydrates. I know that you could put that garden or Caesar Salad on a whole wheat tortilla and make a wrap of it and still be in the low zone on the carbohydrates. You would not believe how that one little serving of bread like substance can lift your spirits. I personally don't think protein shakes are a very good snack or even meal substitute.
I used to drink them myself to keep my weight up when I was in the military. I stand 6 foot 2 inches and I have lost down to as low as 175 pounds while on active duty. I looked like skin and bones. I also don't buy into the boost bites. I think you need to mainly be eating real food. Fruits and vegetables are always good. If you want to make sure you are getting enough protein try substituting almonds or some other nut in place of those shakes and boost bites. They roast soybeans and call them Adimade I believe( I could be way off there) and they are an excellent protein snack and are very healthy.
Water and whole grain cereal (like oat meal, or shredded wheat) would do wonders for you I wager.
I hope I helped
Good luck and hang in there
