Breakfast 1 cup kashi go lean original with 1 cup of one percent milk and a small pear
Snack bowl of plain greek yogurt with some blueberries and a kashi trail mix bar but i took out the almonds
Lunch i mashed up some tofu, one lite laughing cow cheese wedge, and some mustard in a lettuce wrap but i didnt eat the whole thing inalso had a baby carrots with hummus and a few whole grain chips
snack trader joez raisin braan crunch with skim milk
Supper one cup of masshed sweet potatoes cup of vegan ground crumbles in a salad with lite balsamic vinegrette dressing
Dessert my dad made popcorn with some olive oil a little salt and nutritional yeast
did i eat too much? Too many carbs? Is it balanced? What do i need more/less ofDid i eat too much today? (not dieting)?

It doesn't seem as though you had too many fruits/veggies, though. (But you did quite good)
Carrots, lettuce, sweet potato, hummus(?), salad are the only vegetables I see that you mentioned.
You could try adding more green veggies. Lettuce (especially iceberg lettuce) does not really count as a green vegetable. Try broccoli, green beans, peas, :) yum. That's the good stuff.
And fruits, you did fine with that I suppose; a pear, blueberries, ? I think that's all. I *guess* you could count raisins, but not really %26gt;.%26lt;
I try eating an apple and a banana every day.Did i eat too much today? (not dieting)?
