Evening Snack;
Tea with milk and honey ( like... 100/120 I'm assuming )
Peek Freans lifestyle cookies - Cranberry Citrus ( 180 )
I worked out for like... an hour or so.Does this sound like a good day of food?
yes!!! That looks fine, maybe even eat even more lunch if you want to0!!! But that is healthy eating and not eating to little of healthy tooDoes this sound like a good day of food?
You sound like your living a very delicous, healthy lifetstlye. The only thing I would change is move maybe the Mashed Potatoes or Sauteed Mushrooms to your lunch menu.
