Your diet looks healthy :) I just have a few adjustments you might wanna consider...Have soy milk instead of milk. Milk is not good if you're looking to lose weight, and soy milk has ten times more nutrients. Garden and caesar salads are fantastic, but just make sure that if you have a salad with meat then don't have a dinner with meat on the same day. And I'd recommend having meat for dinner very, very rarely. Meat's not good at the end of the day just because it's hard to digest and your body needs time to digest stuff before you go to sleep if you're trying to lose weight. And fruit for dessert sounds awesome :) And make sure to have a ton of veggies with dinner!
You're gonna love yoga if you do it :) I do yoga and adore it. It relaxes you and makes your muscles feel fantastic. But if you're intent on losing weight, I'd do more running and fast walking than yoga.
Basically if you just stick to every thing you'll definitely lose the weight. Good luck!
I'm not sure if it will happen be the end of the year but deffinetaly a while before next summer :)How to lose 10-15 pounds?
If you follow that plan.
Expect to lose, 10 pounds a month.
work out and diet
If you really want to be successful and see the weight come off quickly eliminate the oatmeal, mixed berries, milk, fruit and pasta. Replace with more chicken, or some other lean meat. Fruit is not bad, but if you want to see FAST RESULTS, elimnate everything sweet. The problem with this sort of program is that people don't eat enough and run into problems with daily living and exercise. Be sure to get enough protein and much more vegetables. Also becareful to not push yourself to hard with working out as it will take some time to get adjusted to this style of eating (about 3 weeks). I had a friend of mine lose 103lbs in 4 months doing this.
