I'd say you ate pretty healthy.
Little heafty on the caffeine thoe, could you cut it down to "one" soy latte per day?
Don't consume red- meat everyday. It's hard on the digestive system- try consuming; fish (salmon), chicken/ turkey, pork, and meat alternatives with rice and vegetables.

Not bad at all. I'm glad you're not avoiding your vices. You deserve them when your general diet is so good.
Sounds good to me. The only thing that seems to be missing is fresh fruit.
It sounds like you're trying to be healthy, but not enjoying your food (I wouldn't :P)
If you do like those things though, keep eating them! All I would add is more starch and fiber (like pasta, you can do whole grain if you feel like it, or potatoes or rice).
Oh, and people say less well cooked steak is better for you than more cooked.
