Does this sound healthy?

Breakfast - Great Grains cereal with blueberries and flax seed

Snack - Greek yogurt

Lunch - Cobb Salad with no dressing

Dinner - some kind of lean cuisine

snack - Mandarin oranges and 1/2 cup of non fat cottage cheese



For exercise I walked my dogs for about 15-20 minutes and did the elliptical trainer for 30 minutes. How much weight will I lose doing this if i'm 5'5 and 138 pounds?Does this sound healthy?
Yes that's very healthy! You could loose about a pound a week!
