Breakfast:
2 egg white, half a slice of whole wheat toast
Snacks during school:
Fiber bar, apple, and greek yogurt
Snacks at home:
Banana, spinach quiche, triscuits, dark chocolate, organic peanut butter
Dinner:
Salad w/ vinagrette dressing, baked chicken, several boiled potatoes, mixed frozen veggies.
I eat meals similar to this (at least the breakfast and school snacks) every day and workout and still no weight loss..what am i doing wrong? :(Does this sound healthy to you?
For the most part yes. Although, I believe your protein intake is lacking also cut down a little on the carbohydrates and intake a bit more of healthy fats such as fish oil. I seems pretty healthy nevertheless.
Unfortunate metabolism, I guess. You didn't mention what you're drinking. Switch to water and unsweetend tea. Unsweet green tea is proven to speed up the metabolism.Does this sound healthy to you?
It's just to much cut down on snaking and patatoes
