Tips to improve?Too much food/calories to maintain low weight?
If you want to keep track of your caloric intake FitDay.com is an excellent free website that allows you to do so. It allows you to track how many calories you're consuming, how much is coming from protein/fat/carbs and things like that.

As far as if what you ate is too much it really depends on your age, weight, activity level, personal goals and things like that. (FitDay.com can also help you track how many calories you're burning each day as well). I noticed that you didn't include any liquids in your list. Did you drink anything at all? You have to include that in your calories as well, unless all you're drinking is water. Other than that you list looks pretty healthy...better than most people's diet I would say!
