Hello
Sounds good to me, remember if you are still hungry to eat more fruit.
Lots of Love

Breakfast- really high in sugar. Try something like oatmeal with fruit, or shredded wheat with 'milk'. It'll cause less of a blood sugar spike.
One thing I notice is you don't eat any solid fruit, just fruit juice... fruit also provides fiber and many vitamins get lost in prepackaged juice. Try to switch to real fruit and replace the juice with water or green tea.
You're also short on calcium. I see one serving- the greek yogurt in the smoothie. You need more.
I see zero, absolutely zero, healthy fats. Fats are essential to human health. Just because they share a name with an undesirable body type, people seem to think they're bad. Have at least one serving of unsalted nuts/seeds, natural nut butters, or unhydrogenated vegetable oils. Try to stay away from saturated fats. For example, 23 almonds- about 1/4 cup, one serving- has 14g fat, but only 1g is saturated.
Fats are essential to your brain- they make up most of the myelin sheaths, cell membranes, etc.Have I had a healthy day?
Nature valley oats and honey bar are packed with sugar. Also it's best to have the glass of cranberry juice for only in the morning and switch to water or tea afterwards. Other then that you've done pretty well, next time I'd throw in a handful of nuts for breakfast.
sounds healthy :)
and I've had those California veggie burgers before!
