That alone isn't enough calories. Eat more smocks. One between breakfast and lunch and another between lunch and dinner.
The food is very health, it can be difficult to completely cut out junk food.
If you eat healthily and exercise then yes that should help you to loss weight. Healthy eating alone won't be as effective.

try getting your daily recommend amount of calories. try eating a big breakfast, medium lunch and a small dinner. if you starve yourself you cant lose weight and its too unhealthy.
