Looks fine to me, I don't think I could do a very hard days work on it but being retired it looks perfect. Good question
No carbs, but otherwise not too bad.Is this a good healthy day?
Add a little something with essentilal omega fatty acids like walnuts to your yogurt, or sunflower seeds to your salad or silvered almonds to your fish. NOw your good to go. mmmmm!
Yep. I would add a few more veggies. If you have one serving of cooked veggies and one serving of raw veggies each at lunch and dinner and replace one of the fruit snacks with a veggie snack, that will be great. Looks like you are getting enough protein (you know that one serving of protein should be about the size of the palm of your hand) fruit is good but there is a lot of natural sugar in the fruit so I would try to keep it around 2 to 3 servings a day and not much more than that.
Yes, it sounds good. You have your 5 portions or more of fruit and veg, and have also no sugary snacks like chocolate. It's good that you eat fish as well, because it's recommended to get 3 portions a week for Omega 3 and other healthy essentials.
However, make sure you're drinking at least 1.5 litres of water (if you aren't already). You also don't seem to have carbohyrdrates in your diet, which is a really important source of energy. Try having healthy sandwiches or a pasta.
Another thing to consider is your wholegrain intake. It's easy to get your 3 portions a day, but pretty important as it's a great source of fibre.
You've done a great job, your diet sounds creative and healthy, but also tasty. =] x
Yes that's a wonderful menu filled of potassium, proteins and vitamins.and fibre.
Great
Add a bit of carb though- a wholegrain roll with lunch maybe
