breakfast: a whole grain natural breakfast meal cookie (carmel apple flavour) and a raw apple.
snack: 14 baby carrots
lunch: small bag of natural light kettle corn, 1 greek yogurt (4 oz container) and 1 applesauce (4 oz container)
snack: 1 nature valley trail mix bar, 1 apple.
pre dinner snack: banana and 2 almonds and 20 raisins
dinner: pan fried steak (about the leangth of my hand and around 2-3 inches thick. cooked rare.) and salad. (spinach, itallian dressing, craisins and nuts mixed in. I had a large bowl-around 4 cups??? :S)
evening: persimmon.
