How many calories did I eat?

Breakfast

-Brown Cow ff plain greek yogurt

-1 Tbsp chocolate peanut butter

-1 cup Kashi golean cereal

-1 banana



Snack:

-Starbucks grande soy orange mango viviano smoothie



Lunch:

-Burlington Bagel cinnamon sugar bagel

-maple walnut cream cheese

-12 oz Minute Maid natural energy juice



Snack:

-Clif bar

-sliced apples



Dinner:

-Multigrain spaghetti (1/3rd of plate)

-Ragu pasta sauce w/ ground turkey (97/3) mixed in

-Mixed salad

-Catalina Dressing

-Alexia whole wheat roll

-Brown and Brummell butter spread

-Chocolate soymilk



Snack:

-Vanilla Chobani greek yogurt

-Chocolate Vitatop

-1 Tbsp peanut butterHow many calories did I eat?
