4:00 - Snack -
Either Greek Yogurt

Salad With Hot Sauce As Dressing .
6:00 - Dinner- Soup -What Should I Eat Out Of These Choices ,?
Breakfast
2 Slices Whole Wheat Toast with 1 tsp Butter
1/2 Cup Canned Fruit Cocktail (Fruit Salad) - in natural juice only
8 oz (1 cup) Trim (1%) Milk
Snack
1 Medium-Sized Banana
Lunch
6 Crackers with Low-Fat Cottage Cheese.
Handful Mixed Nuts (Almonds, Walnuts, Brazil nuts)
1 Medium Fruit (Apple, Peach, Plum, Pear, etc)
Dinner
Medium Baked Potato
3 oz (~85g) Sirloin Steak
1/2 Cup Mushrooms
1/4 Cup Onions
1 Teaspoon olive or canola oil (cooking)
1 Cup Mixed Vegetables
Snack - carrots (veggies are better than fruits since it has less sugar)
Lunch - salad (sliced turkey sounds like processed meat - not healthy! You don't really need the protein either since you already had eggs. And don't eat too much bread, whole grains are better than refined flour found in bread)
Snack - yogurt, or blend the yogurt with your banana to make a smoothie
Dinner - soup, you could also have another salad with it if you want :) or a serving of rice since you haven't had any grains yetWhat Should I Eat Out Of These Choices ,?
12:00 snack: Carrots
Veggies win over fruits, and you already had 1/2 a serving of fruit this morning.
2:00 lunch: Sandwich
Getting lots of protein from the turkey, grains from the bread, veggies from the spinach. Will keep you fuller than plain salad will.
4:00 snack: Greek yogurt
Again, the protein--keeps you much more satisfied.

if you're going by these choices i would say: 12.00 - apple, banana and strawberries (have a small portion of each for variety), 2.00 - first option, and 4.00 greek yoghurt. but personally i think you should try and include more variety, by eating more meat, a bigger variety of fruit and veg, and a little fat and calcium too
12:00 - You should have a banana , because it will keep you full til lunch.
2:00 - You should have the 2 Pieces Of Whole Wheat %26amp;%26amp; A Slices Of Turkey With Spinach , Mustered %26amp;%26amp; Hot Sauce.
4:00- You should have the Greek Yogurt.
