well so i started this diet about a week ago and it really consists of eating as little as possible. im trying to eat small about 5 small meals a day with each one about 100-200 calories. i eat things like vegetables, page greek 0% yogurt, fruits, and salads with no dressing.
also, i have started going to the gym and running on the treadmill for about 30 mins a day and im going to start staying longer.
does this sound like it will be effective? how could i improve?
and also, are fiber bars actually good for a diet or not because they seem to have their share of fat...?
when i wear my clothes i am already seeing results, like they fit a lot better and some things are too big, but in a bathing suit i still look bad! i dont know if my stomach just has a lot of fat or i have flabby muscle?Does this sound like a healthy diet? or at least effective?
Doesn't sound very effective at all. Diets like these normally cause you to crash and binge. 5 small meals is a good idea, but increase the calories and variety's of foods you're eating.
More than likey it's fat; however, you can still benefit from toning your abs.
I have a friend who tried the fiber bar thing and she lost 30lbs but she gained it all back fast after she stopped eating it all. You can find protein pars, like pria or luna bars that are low in fat, good, and give you a good source of protein.
You can't have "flabby" muscle.
You need to be doing cardio at least 45 minutes a day for 5-7 days a week. Your diet is ok, but is it something that you can stick with? If you deprive yourself of all the things you like you'll end up binging.Does this sound like a healthy diet? or at least effective?
yea i would say thats pretty healthy but listen if u want to lose weight it doesnt matter if is healthy or not is about how much you eat. but it sounds like your not eating alot AT ALL and if ur working out too... your doing great. ive been there i was once 205 pounds and im now 155.
