breakfast- some fruit and fibre cereal topped with natural yogurt
snacks-banana and an apple
lunch- some sweetcorn (don't ask why, just wasn't that hungry)
dinner- 2 pork chops (oven cooked) and a some greek salad which included: some feta cheese,green olives, cucumber, red onion and some olive oil as dressing
other random snacks- activia yogurt, options hot chocolate and cereal bar.
how many calories is in all of this? i don't care whether my diet is good or bad as i'm on a school break and i normally eat very sensibly.
i'm 16, 5'3 and 7 and a half stone :D

cereal, fruit, and yogurt sounds real good right now. (: uhmm. i think that's a pretty solid based diet and all about 1200 calories or so like the person above said. good work. :)
I think about 1100/1200 calories. Healthy stuff too! Lots of veg, fibre, calcium in there.Yes yet another question about my calorie content :P?
