Did I do okay today!?

did I do okay today eating and burning calories?

on a scale of 1-10 how healthy is this?

Breakfast: 120calorie protein shake (blueberries, nonfat lemon yogurt, ice, protein powder)

workout:45 min of cardio 40 minutes of weights, 60 minutes swimming

lunch: 1 glass of soy milk, a little bit of salad with nonfat italian dressing, 100calorie wheat bread with hummus and one slice of cheese

500 calories

30 minute walk

dinner: mini corn on the cob, a little potato salad (this contains no mayonaise I believed its substituted with greek yogurt) and red beans

490 calories

Ohh and I'm a vegetarian so no meatDid I do okay today!?
Yeah i think that's a good diet, maybe you could consume a bit more food? (Healthy food) especially with the amount you're burning off from your exercise, just a bit extra for dinner, something a bit different to salad all the time and maybe have a snack between lunch and dinner, since you're supposed to eat from every 4/5 hours for your body to stay active and healthy.

I'm just glad you're not one of the growing teenagers who just stops eating to lose weight, keep it up! just don't get too obsessed with your weight, at 15 it shouldn't matter too much.

Hope this helped!
try eating a snack in between meals. you should be eating about 5 - 6 meals about the size of you fist through out the day. This increases you metabolism and you burn your calories more efficiently.

Also you shouldn't be so obsessed about your weight at such a young age. Just stay active and have fun with friends.

on your healthiness scale I'd give it a 5. It doesn't sound like you are taking in enough calories for someone your age with that high of an activity level.Did I do okay today!?
I would give it a 9/10. You are consuming the minimum amount of food; it's small, but it's still within the "healthy" range. To top that, you seem to be eating very healthy, high energy foods to support your excellent workout routine. Just don't get obsessed.
