help?!Still not enough calories!?
Well you eat a very healthy and well-balanced diet, but you are right, 1500 calories definitely isn't enough to maintain your weight with your activity level.

Maybe at breakfast, instead of the egg beaters, you can have a real egg (yolk and white). Eggs have gotten a bad rep in the past for cholesterol and such, but the cholesterol in them actually helps to keep your levels of good cholesterol steady. Plus, the yolks contain many essential nutrients. You could also ditch the diet 40cal bread for a slice of all natural multigrain bread. The kind that I eat has about 100cals per slice, and all natural ingredients (most diet breads have fillers anyway).

Your snack looks good, but what about adding a small handful of walnuts or almonds to your bowl of cereal? This will help add calories, as well as healthy fats.

You could also have a snack later in the evening, after dinner. I always have to have a small bedtime snack, usually about an hour before bed. It helps me sleep better! How about some plain greek yogurt, flavored with a drizzle of honey or fresh fruit, and topped with a handful of kashi cereal or granola? As long as you eat about 40min-an hour before you lay down to go to sleep, you shouldn't have any problems.

Best of luckStill not enough calories!?
I don't really understand what your asking? Are you saying you want to have more calories? Or to loose calories? If your trying to have more calories then eat some bacon cooked in butter or go to McDonalds ;)
