ok so i am 4 feet 11 inches and i weigh 116 lb i want to lose about 10 pounds because i am really insecure about my body. so i came up with what i want to eat but i dont know what i should do for my exercise.
here is my diet
breakfast- 2 egg whites and a banana
lunch fat free chobani greek yogurt with blueberries and carrots
dinner- spinach salad(no dressing) and a little bit of what ever my mom makes and milk
snack- either apple sauce or some kind of fruit or vegetable
and by the way i drink water with all of my meals.
so what do you think of my diet and how would you change it and what should i do for exercise

Excersise is crucial. Lunges,pressups,jacknifes,squats,dynamic squats, mountain climbers, invisible jumprope, bench press, crunches and sits are all recommended- look them up on youtube.
You need to excersise, everyday for 1.5-2 hours.
I think your diet is okay-but maybe eat something, bigish, but light, and try not to snack in the day. Thats what i found.
P.S- jogging for 30 mintues or walking for an hour is also very good:)
Good luck- hope you lose 10 pounds- also, i think you could lose that much in about 2weeks- a month depending on how much excerise you do a day, and what you eat and if you stick to it- but just be careful to keep it off:) GOOD LUCK:)I really need to lose some weight so help!!?
Eat 2 Snacks a day between your breakfast and lunch and then in between lunch and dinner. Don't eat applesauce which is filled with sugar and processed. Just eat the fresh fruits and veggies! Exercise - walk your dog or dance around in your room.
