I know you can't be exact...but how long WOULD YOU SAY it would take for a 5'7.5'' 159 lbs 23 yearold male to drop 15-20 lbs following the below plan.
1 piece/serving fruit (peach, apple, pear, 1 cup blueberries, strawberries) and a Greek yogurt (100 calories)
salad (raw vegetables), 1 protein (tuna, chicken, salmon), egg whites, and 70 cals low fat dressing
8 miles outdooor jogging/walking combo DAILY
NOTE: I do not condone this diet at all....and am not aksing for warnings (I know the risks)How long will it take me to lose 15-20 lbs with this plan?
sounds like 6-8 weeks
id say....
u will speed it up by doing weight training 3 days a week

it will work great. You should jog and run a lot every day and you will lose a lot of weight fast with that plan.
