Do you think my diet will work?

I'm 19 years old, 5'5 1/2" about 120 lbs. My goal weight is 108 lbs (I know 120 doesn't sound like I need to lose weight but I have a small frame). This is my exercise and diet:



Exercise (Daily):

30 minutes on treadmill

30 minutes on elliptical

100 crunches



Diet:

Breakfast (one of the following)

-1 slice of whole grain toast (dry)

-Oatmeal

-Glass of orange juice

-Fruit

-Nonfat Greek yogurt



Lunch (one of the following)

-Nonfat Greek yogurt %26amp; fruit

-Whole grain granola bar

-Salad with feta cheese %26amp; light dressing

-Egg white omlette



Dinner (one of the following)

-Egg white omlette

-Salad with feta cheese %26amp; light dressing

-Baked potato with vegetables

-Vegetarian soup

-Three Bean salad



Snacks (one of the following):

-Whole grain granola bar

-Fruit

-Baby carrotsDo you think my diet will work?
This will not work. I am at 104 lbs and 5'6" I could use to gain since I lost more than I wanted to. To loose the weight and have a that much exercise daily you need to eat ever 3-4 hours (just the amount that your fist takes up) through out the day. You need to eat a wide range of food groups and that is including some fats, if you don't get in the calories your putting out, your body will think you are starving it and you will not loose any. I doubt you will gain any with the small amount your thinking of taking in, but if at any time you take in more than a normal period, you have a chance of gaining.

Want to loose weight, eat a high calorie breakfast, with some fat!

Unless you make your own granola bars, read labels, those aren't the greatest for you, most are high in Sat. Fat which isn't good for you at all. Go with Whole Foods not process foods.

Replace orange juice with water or ensure it is freshly squeezed and not bottled concentrate
