How has my diet been this week?

Tuesday:

Strawberry yogurt

Almonds

Fruit salad

Vanilla Yogurt

Four California rolls (sushi)



Wednesday:

2 spoons of strawberry yogurt

half a bag of almonds

half a fruit salad

cherry pomegranate yogurt

3 crackers with peanut butter

some pretzels

1 glass of milk

Fish with broccoli

1 glass milk



Thursday:

Banana

1/2 bowl oatmeal made with milk with some almonds and dried cranberries and one packet splenda

1/2 glass oj

Some peanut butter

2 baked chicken tenders with some ketchup with watermelon and grapes on the side

Raspberry yogurt

muscle milk

Fish and broccoli



Friday:

Blackberry Pomegranate yogurt

Golden Grahms treats bar

Honey bbq chicken salad no dressing

some broccli and rice and 2 pieces of general chaos chicken

lemon greek yogurt

1 1/2 pieces of cheddar cheese with 2 crackers

1 glass special juice

grapes

pasta with creamy pesto



Saturday:

1 egg 2 sausages and some home fries

strawberry yogurt

Chicken noodle soup

an apple

pasta with creamy pesto

peach yogurt



Sunday:

Cherry pomegranate yogurt

Chicken fajita with one tortia and some beans

Fruit salad

maple walnut oatmeal from mccdonalds



what should i change for next week?



I work out 5 times a week I'm trying to get toned for summer, i'm already thin, i just need to lose about 5 lbs of fat and gain some muscleHow has my diet been this week?
Eat more.
that sounds really good , and if you're already pretty thin then I don't think eating something "unhealthy" is gonna make you gain 10 pounds, sooo just work out and it should be good :)How has my diet been this week?
your doing well but replace some milk with water maybe get some vit d tabs. And instead of eating crackers maybe eat celery or carrot sticks, or a piece of fruit.
You should prolly put more meat in your meals.
thats really good diet although i just dont eat, that way you get slimmer quicker
