If I eat similar to this and do lots of exercise will I lose lots of fat?

Breakfast- small apple, banana

Lunch- big salad(kale, corn, tomato, tempeh, walnuts, quinoua, rice bran oil and ginger papaya vinaigrette dressing on the side)

Snack- raw vegan nutrition bar(pure bar 180 calories)

Dinner- 1 cup brown rice, nonfat Greek yogurt, mixed veggiesIf I eat similar to this and do lots of exercise will I lose lots of fat?
You need some protein with breakfast, that is very important for losing weight. Also make sure you're getting enough calories, if not, your body will go into starvation mode. When your calories are dramatically reduced, your body actually stores the fat and the metabolism is slowed down.
