for lunch, ill have oatmeal (150calories), and greek yogurt(80calories)
for dinner, we're going out to eat, so I'll have the grilled shrimp/chicken salad with no dressing, and a variety of fruit.
does this sound okay for today? advice?Is this too much for breakfast?
no. It sounds sufficient. 1/2 onion sounds like a lot. Is this an omelet?

Avoid shrimp as much p0sible
watch out for the shrimp. It's high in cholesterol
