What I'm doing is only eating healthy food and eating pretty often. I've been making mini meals which are 0-300 calories and I'm just eating when I'm hungry, like not at specific meal times. Like yesterday I had:
-1 cup bran flakes with skim milk
-1/2 cup egg beaters with low fat cheese and a lightly buttered whole wheat mini bagel
-a plum
-dinner: small salad with light dressing, turkey burger on whole wheat bun with ketchup
-1 piece toast with peanut butter
-an apple
-chobani strawberry greek yogurt
-some carrots with a little bit of light ranch dressing
-a banana
It comes out to a little under 1,400 calories but it's a shitload of food. Is this bad? I'm 5'6 and 112 lbs just trying to maintain.Is this good. I'm trying something new with eating?
That's actually pretty good because most of those things are healthy
