Hey,
I've set a personal goal of 2 months to lose as much weight as possible + gain as much muscle as possible + train my abs.
Here are my current photos:

What would you reccomend me doing, does anyone know a good guide? I take protein and creatine, and have access to the gym 6 days a week for as many hours as needed.
In these 2 months I will be drinking alcohol only once or twice.
I'm also having a fairly strict diet, morning is shredded wheat and semi skimmed and greek yoghurt with fruit, lunch and tea is 4-5 slices of meat (chicken, beef or ham), salad (no dressing), sometimes a slice of break, and again greek yoghurt and fruit
Thanks!I have 2 months to get a 6 pack + big biceps - I've included photo's of my current body, do I have a chance?
you should consume at least 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight if you want to grow. keep in mind wheat, breads, pasta, ect. is a carbohydrate, which can be good if you are active, but carbs. turn into sugar in the body. as for creatine ive never been a fan. dont worry about losing weight at first. take a nitrous oxide supplement, like L-Arginine for muscle growth. you can work your core (abs) every day. after 6 weeks of intense training, then work on your cut cycle, running, swimming, and any cardio.I have 2 months to get a 6 pack + big biceps - I've included photo's of my current body, do I have a chance?
I think you can make a good improvement in 2 months.
