I've been overindulging WAY too much the past month or so, and gained over 10 lbs!
I'm trying to lose it now..
Today:
Breakfast: greek yogurt, 1.5 bananas, peanut butter (about 500 calories)
lunch: oatmeal(150calories), with several large carrot sticks, and steamed broccoli,
snack: apple and handful of grapes, cheesestick
dinner: slice of turkey breast, 1/2 sweet potato, salad(1 tbsp fat free dressing)
and 1 square of dark chocolate..about 60 calories
What should I do to improve and guarantee weight loss? Advice?How did I do on my diet today? Teenager?
take out the 1 square of chocolate, and cut out the cheesestick
just make sure you exersise for 1hour + a day if you wanna lose weight.
Your meals are very well balanced! I would just suggest increase of extercise, go for a walk, jump rope, or even hula hoop!:) I also gained like 10 pounds over the march break (blehhh) I just cut back on calories and exercised more and I actually lost it all back in 2 weeks plus 3 pounds!!
