How bad did i eat today?? did i gain or lose weight?

Hi! im 15 years old. i am 5'9 and i weigh 110 lbs. i really want to lose 5 more pounds (do not say im anorexic) and i was wondering if i lost, gained, or stayed the same.

Breakfast: light brown sugar oatmeal ( made with 2/3 cup of nonfat soy milk), coffee (with 1 tablespoon of non dairy creamer), 1 mini laughing cow low fat swiss cheese triangles



Snack: banana



Lunch: 1 can of progesso's light vegetable and noodle soup (120 calories)



Snack: 1/2 cup of fat free greek yogurt and a medium apple



Snack: a fruit chiller (55 calories) and 4 large strawberries with 1 tablespoon of raw can sugar



Dinner: a salad with 1/2 cup of chick peas, a few black olives, mushrooms, and 4 tablespoons of low fat asian salad dressing ( 35 calories for 2 tablespoons)



Snack: Coffee (1 tablespoon non dairy creamer



Exercise: walked 3 - 4 mph for 40 minutes and pilates 1 hour

you would have to tell over time. you dont really just gain or lose weight in one day.
You really should be taking better care of your body. Your body weight is way below anorexic level. I understand you are brainwashed by all of the tabloids/magazines and TV shows, but seriously, get over it. If you keep losing weight you will seriously hurt yourself.



On another note, your eating habits are really healthy, definitely keep that up, but try to eat more. Obviously it's your life, do what you want (you won't listen to anyone who tells you not to eat less anyhow, because you're a teenage girl), just be aware of what could happen to you.How bad did i eat today?? did i gain or lose weight?
the only weight you might lose would be water from sweating... but that is quickly replenished



as for the soy milk... I don't do soy because of the estrogen properties in it.(weight gain) try skim



looking at your diet you don't eat enough and there is too much fruit...should only eat fruit in the morning and a cup at most. you really don't have much for protein



coffee is fine but not as a snack



with the limited amount of calories you will put your body into starvation mode which will make you hang on to everything you are trying to lose. In other words...you will gain weight
