So my plan is
b-half serving cream of wheat
s- carrots
l- an apple or two
d- salad with homemade dressing (non-fat) garbanzo beans, alot of veggies and a bit of parmesean
night snack - organic naturaul greek yogurt without sugar
workout - two hours on elliptical, one hour weight loss one hour hill climb
but i need a good workout to tone my body, especially my arms and back. whats a good video (nothing expensive like insanity) or routine i can do at the gym or in my room?
i was looking at the jillian micheals no more trouble zones is that worth it?Best workout/workout video to tone ASAP?
