then I went out to lunch after a swim meet.. hungry hungry
veggie gyro no cheese or greek dressing, on it: hummus, port. mushrooms, red peppers, lettuce, tomato, and I think there was some olive oil on it
then I have their seasoned french fries.. not to great I know.
a good four big bites of a pesto chicken sandwich.
a little bit of pasta salad
and that's it.

Okay, so for your shakes, you had 380 calories in total, and 16% of your daily value of fat. Not good so far, but swimming burns more fat and calories than most sports. Your Veggie Gyro without and dressings or cheese would be around 350-400 calories, depending on it's size, olive oil doesn't really add much. That's only 6% of your daily value of fat, though. So now you've had 22%. Now this is where it get's really bad. Each large seasoned french fries packet is 44% of your daily value of fat, and 539 calories, not sure how much you had of those, but assuming you only had one, I'd say total daily value now is 66%. If you had half of that sandwich, it's be 498 calories, and 22% of your daily value, so that's 88% of your daily value of fat, and I think 140% of your calories, but you did burn a few swimming. Pasta salad... It'd depend on it's dressings, did it have cheese?
