I am a 5'7'' male who weighs in the high 150's (like 157ish)...I am 23 years old....
basically I am going to follow this plan everyday relentlessly until September 1st (or possibly beyond)....so two months....what will happen? Is this a crash diet? How much would I lose about?
Breakfast: 1 cup egg whites with mushrooms, 1tbsp. feta cheese, mushrooms, spinach, 1 tbsp. coffee creamer
Snack 1: 1 cup blueberries
Lunch: Greek yogurt
Snack 2: 10 strawberries
Snack 3: peach
Dinner: Salad with 2 grilled chicken breasts (light on the salad dressing)
*Exercise: 8 miles outdoorsHow much will I lose following this plan for 2 months?
well if you do in fact run 8 miles every single day as you say you could probably lose up to 20 pounds in less than a month. In this case it would be unhealthy to try to lose more for your weight and height. running 8 miles will burn A LOT of fat.
i think u should change your diet:
i eat 1 fruit salad for breakfast, drink lots of water and for lunch fried egg or omlette, something that has not a lot of calories. with salad and rice( any other cropps) and for dinner yogurt. and obvioisly exersises. i lost 6 kg (like 13lb) in a month. but ur diet would probabl be like 9 pounds a month. good luck.How much will I lose following this plan for 2 months?
Everybody's body is different. Only you will know. Go on it for 2 months then find out yourself. I'll take a guess though. 10 lbs per month so 20?
