I haven't been focusing as much as I should lately on my diet. How was today? About how many calories would you say this is? Too many?Too much food?
oatmeal with 1/4 cup walnuts
banana with 1/2c. 0% greek yogurt
salad (lettuce, 5oz salmon, onion, celery, mustard, 1 tbsp relish) and 2 pieces whole grain toast
1 piece of whole grain bread with turkey and 1 piece of cheese
small baked potato
cup of grapes
few whole grain cracker
small salad with 1 tbsp light dressing and turkey
1/2 cup fat free yogurt
Was this too many calories today?
Tips to improve?Is this a pig out day? Some one said it was?! =(?
