Trying to achieve this body? Am I doing it right?

I want to achieve a look similar to Katrina off of toneitup.com . I'm pretty sure that I can do it. So i've changed my diet to try and eat cleaner. Sample of what I eat-



Breakfast-

1 egg with yoke

2 eggs with just egg whites.

grapes

3/4 cup of skim milk



spinach salad (organic-blackbeans, carrots, chicken) Italian dressing



apple and/or greek yogurt for snacks.



Veggies ( Broccoli, carrots) usually a little bit of chicken.



Plus I've started doing hiit 3x a week. and then I've been doing some of toneit up workouts off of youtube like- Abs, full body circuit, problem areas, plyometrics, stuff like that. and then just regular cardio 2x a week. With Sunday off.



What do I need to change?



Also, since I started doing this last week I lost 4 pounds in 6 days just doing what I said above. So I'm 5'2 15 and 128 pounds! :)Trying to achieve this body? Am I doing it right?
while i think you need more protein to repair your muscle, i want to high five you for being a teen girl with a good mind for nutrition! you have included just about everything!



you will surely acheive this goal in a couple months if you keep this up, keep eating right, and rest well... i would try to aim for 120 grams of protein a day if you can.. put in a shake with skim milk or water and you'll be close.

I'm quite positive Katrina ate more food than that. Quickly adding up those calories and I get less than 700. For a 128 lbs person, they should diet for fat loss with around 1300 calories. Almost twice as much as you've listed. With 700 calories, you will lose mainly muscle weight first. And then some fat weight if you can last that long.



Your food choices may be "clean" but your calories are way too low.



The 4 lbs you lost were more than likely water weight.

At 15, your body is not mature enough to attain the results these two young ladies have. You can get slim and you can get toned, but until your body has completely matured, you will not be able to have the shape that they have.......%26gt;



So stay fit and be patient, it will happen for you in a few years..%26gt;

You know what you can do..cut the milk and drink soy milk instead (no fat, no lactose!) its way healthier and cleaner. The taste is a bit urgh if u drink it plain so put it in a blender with a banana or a mango or some berries. It's a great start to the day.
