Breakfast:
1 cup of FAGE fat free greek yogurt
2 containers of raspberries (i know, i'm addicted to fruit, LITERALLY!)
Lunch: 4 turkey slices with a few cucumber slices
Snack: 1 laughing cow light cheese
Dinner: 2 lamb chops with green salad (balsamic vinegar as the dressing)
Dessert: half of a frozen banana

You need more overall ... that's not enough calories. In particular you are missing out on carbs, you need to eat some for health and energy, otherwise your metabolism will slow down. Try brown rice, wholemeal bread, cereal.
