Because they don't have great quantities of fats, sugars and salts.
You will need to be careful with the chicken as most of the time when cooked there can be a lot of fat.
Fruit salad depends on the fruits but a good one would have Vitamins A and C, antioxidants, fibre, calcium and zinc.
Chicken has Omega 3, vitamins E and C and beca-carotene, carbohydrates and protein.
A whole wheat tortilla has protein, fibre, carbohydrates and it's low fat and a better alternative to normal tortilla.
The strawberry and blueberry parfait is good as it has strawberry and blueberry in it , so it's got antioxidants, Vitamins C and A and calcium.
Greek Yoghurt has calcium and protein.
Granola has fibre, carbohydrates and protein.
Carbohydrates and protein are good for you but do not over do them because if you don't burn them off they turn to fat.

Chicken wrap - Chicken has protein. Wholewheat tortilla had fibre and whole grains which is heart healthy. The lettuce has iron. The house sauce gives a sugar boost...
The parfait - The yogurt has bio cultures and is good for the intestines. The granola has fibre, complex carbs, protein from nuts and iron from dried fruit.
All natural foods are healthy in moderation (Example: Fresh Fruits, Veggies, Meat that has not been processed or had salt added).
Hot sauce, tortilla, yogurt, granola and parfait's are unneccesary in a healthy diet.
Fruit Salad is fun because it has a lot of fruit . which is good for you. ( i didnt know it came with dressing . . eww)
