For breakfast I either eat eggwhites with toast and a fruit or oatmeal, a fruit, and sometimes Greek yogurt
every day for lunch I have a plain sandwich(meat and whole grain bread only) with a banana and salad (no dressing.. I have lettuce, with either carrots, bell peppers, tomato, and/or cucumber)
for dinner I have either chicken or fish with steamed veggies, and sometimes brown rice or whole grain pita bread.
I'm okay throught the day, bit as soon as dinner time hits, I can't feel satisfied!! My stomach will be full but my brain is saying eat eat eat!
Usually a baked potato helps, or nuts, but I try to keep these things out of my diet..

You have a very balanced diet it sounds very good.
You are only eating 3 meals a day? You could try 5 small meals a day this will boost your metabolism and keep you full throughout the course of the day.
How much water do you consume? Much of the time the body screams for food if you aren't consuming enough water. If you urine is very yellow or dark yellow then you are not hydrated enough. IF you don't drink water then your body will force you to get it somehow if its not through liquid then its through solid foods.
If you are drinking enough water then just add another meal. Or when your body is really screaming that its starving drink a full glass of water and wait 20 minutes if you are still feelin hungry then eat.
it looks like you're eating really healthy. You could try eating a "full bar". you can get them at CVS or a grocery store. You eat them before you have a meal and they help you feel full. People use them so they won't over-eat and gain weight so they'll probably work for your situation too :)Help me fell satiated?

You have a very well balanced diet but why do you feel the need to limit healthy, nutrient rich foods from your diet such as potatoes and nuts? They are very good for you, potatoes are LOADED with with nutrients from a to z and nuts are all around good for you as well. Your cravings and insatiability are telling you that though your diet is a healthy one, you still need more nutrients. You are only eating three times a day, and those meals are limited in calories. I dont know you weight and height, but i do know if you are trying to keep your metabolism up and fat content down, you should be eating meals of the same size and contents (maybe SLIGHTLY smaller) no less than 5 times a day. When you putting nutrient rich foods such as this into your body frequently throughout the day, your metabolism is at its highest, constantly burning fat and you actually maintain a healthier weight when eating small frequent meals 5 times a day. Try this and see if it doesnt leave you satisfied. And dont deny yourself potatoes and nuts. THEY ARE GOOD FOR YOU.
