Did I eat healthily today? I think I ate too much, too late?

Breakfast (8:30 am - I have 1st spare at school )

Two hardboiled eggs (140 )

Greek Yogurt ( 100 )

Banana or Apple (100)

Some vegetable sticks/slices ( 60/70 )



Lunch (12:00pm );

Salad with dressing (100)

25 Cheddar rice crackers (200)



Dinner (5:30pm)

Whole Wheat Turkey Breast Wrap from Mr. Sub

with cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, LOTS of pickles, mushrooms, olives, and honey mustard ( around like... 480)

MAYBE milk ( 110 )



Evening (9:00pm)

Orange Pekoe Tea with milk and honey (about 120 )



But THEN I had....

a large banana with A LOT of peanut butter :(

At around 9:30pm, whilst wrapping Christmas gifts :/



I didn't work out today, but I did walk to and from school ( 24 minutes ). And to and from classes, etc. Walked around at lunch time during school. Then I went Christmas shopping with my mom after school and we walked almost the entire time.



I typically work out 5-6 times a week for about an hour each time.

I will be working out tomorrow ( Sat.) Sunday, Monday.

Maybe Tuesday, Maybe not.

Then I'll work out Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

And not on Sunday (Christmas). And also, probably not on Monday (Boxing Day).



I am female, 17, 5"1' and about 98 lbs.

I had a lot of weight/body image issues in the past and suffered from an Eating Disorder Otherwise Specified. However I am trying to be less paranoid/obsessive. I eat a lot more than I used to ( though I don't seem to gain weight). I eat a much more balanced diet, as well.



How does this sound?Did I eat healthily today? I think I ate too much, too late?
WHAT ALL YOU EAT PASSES THROUGH THROAT, THEN MOUTH THEN IN THE BODY AND SOME FOODS STICKS AND REMAINS OR SITS INSIDE OUR THROAT, GUMS, MOUTH AND DECAYS THERE BY PRODUCING ALLERGIES OR INFECTIONS WHICH WILL SPREAD IN THE INTERNAL BODY AND OTHER PARTS OF BODY MAKING US INFECTIOUS, SCRATCHY, SMELLY, PAINFUL ETC.

AND ONLY BECAUSE OF THIS WE GET ALL DISEASES

HOT FOODS HELP TO WIPE OFF OUR GREASY DECAYED LEFT OVERS TO MOVE/PUSH IT INSIDE THE STOMACH BY MAKING US RELIEVED SOMETIME IT PASSES OUT THROUGH URINE AND STOOL

SO BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU EAT . AND WORK OR EXERCISE ON REGULAR BASIS
98 pounds for a 5'1 person is actually pretty good. That's normal weight, not under of not over. But however, you ate a lot. A person is suppossedd to have 2,000 calories max. everyday. I'm pretty sure you ate no farther then 2,000. I have a lot of body issues now too. I'm trying to be less obsessive about eating too. But anyways I think that it's okay to eat that. It's only one day, it's not going to kill you. Maybe if you eat that for the next week then I wouldn't consider that healthy. But your food choices a healthy.The fact that you had greek yogurt, bananas, apples,and vegetable sticks is good:)Did I eat healthily today? I think I ate too much, too late?
You're fine, your late night snack wasn't unhealthy so don't worry about it. The only reason you shouldn't eat at night is because you don't digest properly while you sleep, so just make sure you don't eat too close to bedtime (at least an hour before you hit the snack is ok). Your weight is also fine, you could even gain a few pounds and still be nowhere near overweight
