Hi! im 15 years old. i weigh 110 lbs and i am 5'9
Breakfast: 1/2 cup of low-fat greek yogurt with 1/4 cup of special k low fat granola, 1/2 cup of coffee (i barely put any creamer in it) 1 caramel fiber 1 bar.
lunch: 1 medium apple with 1 table spoon of hershey's caramel
snack: 1 grande skinny caramel frappuccino (no whip cream) 1 starbucks mini vanilla bean scone (140 calories)
snack: 1/3 cup of dried cranberries
dinner: a salad with mushrooms and light asian salad dressing and 1 1/2 table spoons of hummus with baby carrots and cauliflower
snack: 4 strawberries with 1/2 tablespoon of raw cane sugar, and 1 piece of whole wheat toast with 1 laughing cow mini swiss cheese( 30 calories)
Exercise: jog/fast walking for 50 minutes

Your weight will change throughout the day due to how much water your body is holding. Try weighing yourself once a week. This way your not discouraged when you see small gains one day later.
Make sure your diet doesn't include any hydrogenated oils or high fructose corn syrup. And for god sake stop with the low fat diet! fat does not make you fat! Did you know that medium chain saturated fatty acids are used as energy in the body and not stored in the adipose tissue? 30% of your calories should be from fat. Excessive carbs and sugar in your body are the culprits for fat storage. Try to stick to organic foods.
5'9" 110lbs? you need muscle tone, please gain some weight. No one likes people who look sickly.

wow 5'9 and 110 pounds??? you are wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too skinny!!!!!! everybody probably thinks your disgusting. you need to gain like more than 20 pounds. thats freaking gross.

Wow Morgan H sounds jealous if you ask me...haha ur body sounds great :) and ya nobody can really tell you if you have gained weight, but you sound pretty healthy. By the way if you step on the scale at night it can add up to 5lbs to your actual weight compared to in the morning, so always weigh yourself at the same time everyday preferably in the morning
hey. what your doing with keeping track of the foods you eat is sort of dumb. the key to weight loss is NOT in moderation. the key is to eat the right stuff!! I excercise everyday, drink water, eat my serving of vegetables and I feel great(energy and happiness) and I dont think I look half bad either. counting calories is dumb and deprives you of necessary nuitrients. If you eat healthy (food triange) and exercise (you know. like human beings are supposed to do) then you'll feel and look better! :)
you are about the same weight and height as me. i have a really high metabolism so I have an excuse. I drink whole milk and heat tons of dairy and meat to keep my energy up and pack on muscle weight and regular weight. why are you trying to lose more weight? you are a very healthy weight if only you would eat right you'd be very fit and have lots of energy.
eating like this doesnt seem to be a good Idea for your health. exercise and filling yourself with healthy foods is waaaaayyyyy more effective.
